Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- 2-3 years of clerical work experience
- basic understanding of accounting
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to proofread
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- ability to work independently
- basic understanding of office equipment
- valid California driver's license
- ability to work full-time
- pay range varies from $20/hr to $30/hr dependent on experience
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 2-3 years of clerical work experience
- accounting support experience is a plus, specifically accounts payable
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to proofread
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- basic understanding of accounting
- ability to work independently
- basic understanding of office equipment

- passion for delivering excellence to internal and external clients
Job Duties
- Greets and directs clients and visitors
- answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- company mail management, including the preparation/scheduling of outgoing packages
- maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- conference room, breakroom, and supply room management
- workstation set-up for new hires
- coordinates and schedules building & landscaping maintenance
- coordinates and schedules meetings, travel and appointments as needed
- ordering and picking up lunches as needed
- assist with recruiting and resume processing
- assist the accounting department as needed
- performs other related duties as assigned
