Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • 2-3 years of clerical work experience
  • basic understanding of accounting
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to proofread
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • ability to work independently
  • basic understanding of office equipment
  • valid California driver's license
  • ability to work full-time
  • pay range varies from $20/hr to $30/hr dependent on experience

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • 2-3 years of clerical work experience
  • accounting support experience is a plus, specifically accounts payable
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to proofread
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
  • basic understanding of accounting
  • ability to work independently
  • basic understanding of office equipment
  • valid California driver's license
  • passion for delivering excellence to internal and external clients

Job Duties

  • Greets and directs clients and visitors
  • answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
  • company mail management, including the preparation/scheduling of outgoing packages
  • maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
  • conference room, breakroom, and supply room management
  • workstation set-up for new hires
  • coordinates and schedules building & landscaping maintenance
  • coordinates and schedules meetings, travel and appointments as needed
  • ordering and picking up lunches as needed
  • assist with recruiting and resume processing
  • assist the accounting department as needed
  • performs other related duties as assigned
