Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Customer service orientation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties
- Front desk receptionist duties including greeting executives and clients
- Advanced administrative support including various tasks supporting the Commercial Sales team
- Manage executive calendar and day-to-day office operations
- Serve as ambassador of the team while interfacing with key stakeholders and managing general office affairs
- Respond to, forward and distribute email communications as appropriate
- Provide human resource support, plan travel and manage travel expenses when needed
- Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy
- Maintain and order marketing supplies as needed
- Perform data entry and reporting in Salesforce.com
- Build strong presentations using PowerPoint
- Process payables and invoices for the office
- Support business continuity planning
- Address office maintenance issues including repairs and upkeep
