Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer service orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Administrative experience of 3+ years
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills
  • Solid written, verbal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines and confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook and Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties

  • Front desk receptionist duties including greeting executives and clients
  • Advanced administrative support including various tasks supporting the Commercial Sales team
  • Manage executive calendar and day-to-day office operations
  • Serve as ambassador of the team while interfacing with key stakeholders and managing general office affairs
  • Respond to, forward and distribute email communications as appropriate
  • Provide human resource support, plan travel and manage travel expenses when needed
  • Uphold high standards for work quality and privacy
  • Maintain and order marketing supplies as needed
  • Perform data entry and reporting in Salesforce.com
  • Build strong presentations using PowerPoint
  • Process payables and invoices for the office
  • Support business continuity planning
  • Address office maintenance issues including repairs and upkeep
