Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Two or more years of receptionist or administrative support experience
  • Preferably experience in public accounting administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High professional standards and client confidentiality adherence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Answer the telephone in a professional manner and direct callers to appropriate personnel or department
  • Ensure reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen are maintained, stocked, and organized for clients and staff
  • Greet and assist all clients and visitors upon arrival to office
  • Review, sort, and route incoming mail
  • ensure outgoing mail has proper postage and is picked up
  • Maintain activity log for client drop-offs and pick-ups
  • Manage UPS and FedEx activity
  • Manage office deliveries at front and rear doors
  • Place orders for office supplies and group lunches as needed, including stocking and setup
  • Complete projects as assigned by the Office Administrator including memos, letters, and reports
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as copying and faxing
  • Assist with office equipment issues including reporting and resolution
  • Assist with Tax Engagement Letters as time permits
  • Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
