Job Duties

  • Answering/routing phone calls on a multiline system
  • handling mail
  • signing for deliveries
  • shipping supplies
  • welcoming visitors with a smile
  • planning and organizing executive travel including booking meetings, flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating itineraries
  • handling emails and other communications on behalf of the executive team, prioritizing and responding as needed
  • preparing and distributing meeting agendas, documents, and presentations for executive meetings and speaking engagements
  • assisting in planning and coordinating speaking engagements, workshops, seminars, and other events
  • managing administrative tasks such as document management, coordination, and shipping
  • assisting in the creation and editing of presentations, reports, and educational materials
  • maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
  • optimizing the executive team’s time by managing routine and administrative responsibilities
  • serving as a liaison between the CEO and team members, departments, or external parties
  • undertaking special projects or tasks assigned by the executive team or CEO
  • performing additional duties such as picking up orders and handling personal mail
