Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of general office procedures
  • proficiency in computer software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • adherence to privacy and confidentiality policies
  • willingness to work Monday through Friday from 1PM to 8PM and rotating Saturdays

  • working knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • ability to understand and comply with strict privacy and confidentiality requirements

Job Duties

  • Answer multi-line telephones and route calls to appropriate departments
  • greet customers in a courteous and polite manner while assisting them
  • provide administrative support as needed
  • maintain accounting schedules
  • perform basic account reconciliations
  • create and maintain basic spreadsheets
  • input data accurately and quickly into the general ledger
  • perform general office duties
