Job Requirements
- Fingerprinting clearance card or eligible to obtain
- background screening
- licensure verification if applicable
- reference check
- drug testing
- tuberculosis testing
- employee health screening after hire
- ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds
- must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to operate standard office equipment
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Be the initial point of contact for callers and visitors
- perform secretarial duties including maintaining and preparing company documents
- assist in coordinating facility events
- manage incoming and outgoing mail
- order supplies and materials for office needs
- work on special projects as assigned
- ensure compliance with security and health protocols
