Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to walk for long periods and stand for short periods
  • Ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to repeat the same movements for long periods
  • Ability to understand and speak clearly
  • Willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Opening and closing RSC duties such as unlocking and locking doors, brewing coffee, turning on/off TVs, and light cleaning
  • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Greet, interact, offer beverages, and direct all visitors to the RSC
  • Connect guests to appropriate staff
  • Create a positive and memorable experience for customers, clients, partners, employees, and investors
  • Answer multi-phone line with excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail
  • Inform employees of visitors’ arrivals or cancellations
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized according to company standards
  • Respond timely to guest feedback through Chatmeter, XRG website, email, or personal call
  • Forward guest comments to regional directors and follow-up to ensure inquiries are answered promptly
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned
