Job Duties
- Work part time 20-32 hours per week
- Assist with inbound calls from clients seeking resources or appointment scheduling
- Assist with front desk reception duties
- Provide general office support including copying scanning faxing and email communication
- Assist with setup for applicant orientations
- Assist with setup for in-district meetings
- Assist with vendor contacts and item purchase cost searches
