- High school graduate with clerical experience
- Valid nc driver’s license
- Team player with a positive and considerate attitude
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Knowledge of computers

Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct visitors and families to the requested or appropriate areas
- Receive and distribute the mail to all departments daily
- Receive and deliver any packages including flowers within the facility
- Assure that outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times
- Perform typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed
- Assist visitors, families and employees as needed
- Watch the front lobby
- Perform all other duties as assigned
