Job Duties
- Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested or appropriate areas
- receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily
- receives and delivers any packages (flowers etc.) within the facility
- assures that outgoing mail is sent daily and postage is available at all times
- performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed
- assists visitors, families and employees as needed
- watches the front lobby
- all other duties are assigned
