Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic communication tools
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Experience with office equipment such as copier, printer, fax, and phone systems
- Experience working in long-term care or with geriatric populations preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a secretarial position preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft product suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with electronic mail and calendaring systems
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Superior customer service skills and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively within a team

Job Duties
- Perform record keeping including document scanning and filing
- Maintain and operate the switchboard and handle telephone communications
- Schedule appointments and process incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet and direct visitors and family members
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with inter-department personnel
- Support the Administrator, Executive Director, or designee with general administrative tasks
