Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in basic office software and phone systems
  • Demonstrated patience and empathy
  • Ability to follow emergency response protocols
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • Answer questions and ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
  • Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • Perform basic office and clerical functions
  • Maintain visitor logs
  • Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate parties based on community protocol
