Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 7am to 3:30pm
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist experience preferred
Job Duties
- Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring building security
- Ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor’s pass
- Cover for the admissions coordinator during breaks and as needed
- Connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- Perform overhead paging
- Notify admissions coordinator of tour requests
- Obtain wheelchairs for patients
- Report unusual behavior in lobby or parking areas to facilities
- Notify nursing of patient gifts arrival
- Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Log all incoming job applications
