Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic computer proficiency including scheduling and email applications
- friendly and professional demeanor
- reliable and punctual
- ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
- previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proficient in basic computer applications and telephone systems
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Job Duties
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
- answer telephone calls, take messages, or forward calls as needed
- check visitors in and direct or escort them to their specific destinations
- inform staff members of visitors' arrivals and cancellations
- maintain a visitor sign-in log
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- keep the reception area tidy and organized
- perform other duties as assigned
- agree to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information, and promptly report any suspected or known violations to the administrator
- uphold the confidentiality of residents' protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures
