Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • basic computer proficiency including scheduling and email applications
  • friendly and professional demeanor
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
  • previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in basic computer applications and telephone systems
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
  • answer telephone calls, take messages, or forward calls as needed
  • check visitors in and direct or escort them to their specific destinations
  • inform staff members of visitors' arrivals and cancellations
  • maintain a visitor sign-in log
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • keep the reception area tidy and organized
  • perform other duties as assigned
  • agree to maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information, including protected health information, and promptly report any suspected or known violations to the administrator
  • uphold the confidentiality of residents' protected health information and report any unauthorized disclosures
