Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare
  • strong computer skills with proficiency in office software
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • bilingual skills are a plus but not required
  • familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth
  • perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
  • assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings as needed
  • handle phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff members promptly
  • provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or questions
  • maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering when necessary
  • support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
