Job Duties

  • Provide front desk coordination including welcoming and signing in visitors, signing for deliveries and packages, processing labels for outgoing packages, managing outlook calendars for conference rooms, assisting with scheduling meetings, validating parking as needed
  • Activate, deactivate, and change security badges for all legacy Nexeo sites including branch locations
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies, breakroom supplies, and beverages
  • Place work orders with building maintenance and outside vendors
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure proper cleaning of the facility
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail
  • Assist onboarding new employees including access badge issuance, parking access, and desk setup
  • Perform other duties as required for the smooth operation of the department and facility
  • Provide direction to cleaning crew including Day Maid
