Job Duties
- Provide front desk coordination including welcome and sign in visitors, sign for deliveries and packages, process labels for outgoing packages, manage outlook calendars for conference rooms and assist with scheduling meetings, validate parking as needed
- Activate, deactivate and change security badges from system as needed for all legacy Nexeo sites including branch locations
- Maintain inventory and order all office supplies, breakroom supplies and beverages
- Place work orders with building maintenance and outside vendors as needed, coordinate with Day Maid to ensure proper cleaning
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail as needed
- Assist in onboarding new employees including access badge, parking access and desk setup
- Perform other duties as required for the smooth operation of the department and the facility
