Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- two years customer service experience preferred
- successful completion of pre-employment screening which includes criminal background check
- ability to perform essential job functions
- commitment to drug and alcohol free workplace

Job Duties
- Schedules appointments
- performs the necessary intake functions for arriving patients
- answers questions
- cash handling
- directs telephone calls and other patient service duties
- advises patients if provider is delayed upon arrival
- informs patient every 15 minutes of appointment status
- ensures that coverage and presence is always maintained at the front counter
- may travel to nearby clinics to assist with coverage or training
- promotes and demonstrates the mission, vision, and core values of Peak Vista
- develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, management, staff, and leadership
- embraces cultural diversity amongst staff and community
- responsible for human, financial, and material resources entrusted
- strives to deliver the best outcomes and highest quality service
- demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to Compliance Plan and conflict of interest requirements
- contributes to and participates in departmental performance improvement goals
- performs other duties as assigned
