Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB) is the largest hunger-relief organization in Central Texas, committed to increasing food access, advocating for hunger and poverty solutions, and transforming lives through innovative programs and education. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or receptionist role
  • Ability to work in-office for 40 hours per week
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to interact positively with diverse populations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and maintain the reception area
  • Support the Talent team with administrative tasks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and external partners
  • Provide information about the Food Bank's programs and services
  • Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
