Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong customer service background considered
- Passion for improving patient experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Willingness to undergo tuberculosis screening

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience in healthcare or strong customer service background
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Passion for contributing to patient care improvement
- Experience with value-based care model preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls efficiently
- Accommodate and greet visitors, issuing passes and maintaining visitor logs
- Operate a multi-line phone system and maintain long distance call logs
- Take and distribute accurate messages
- Respond to routine inquiries about organizational information
- Book meeting rooms and organize mail distribution
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as typing and handling courier packages
