Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Ability to work night shifts including Monday and Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow security protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle telephone communications professionally
Job Qualifications

- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic office equipment knowledge
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Screen and require visitors to sign-in at the reception desk
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner and route calls or take messages as appropriate
- Assist residents with general office needs such as postage, copies, faxes, and notary public services
- Type, copy, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Maintain and update emergency contact information
