Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to work weekends including Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Ability to work night shifts including Monday and Tuesday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow security protocols
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to handle telephone communications professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic office equipment knowledge

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Screen and require visitors to sign-in at the reception desk
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner and route calls or take messages as appropriate
  • Assist residents with general office needs such as postage, copies, faxes, and notary public services
  • Type, copy, order, and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Maintain and update emergency contact information
