Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of experience as administrative assistant or customer service representative
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
- Ability to quickly learn new applications

Job Duties
- Drive customer satisfaction for parents, teachers, and academic leaders in line with the world class support mission
- Ensure being up to date on all campus activities
- Maintain knowledge of scholar enrollment requirements and deadlines
- Monitor and maintain safety practices
- Accurately sign in and out scholars
- Ensure confidentiality of information
- Actively monitor the front desk and answer incoming phone calls
- Receive and route incoming calls to appropriate staff members
- Take accurate messages and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Answer questions from families, staff, and scholars
- Ensure all guests sign-in, verification and issue visitor passes
- Sort and disperse mail
- Maintain a positive image of the campus through interactions with families, staff, scholars, and community
- Assist Operations Director in establishing a positive, support focused culture on campus
