Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two years experience as administrative assistant or customer service representative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Drive customer satisfaction for parents, teachers, and academic leaders in line with our world class support mission
  • Ensure stakeholders are up to date on all campus activities
  • Monitor scholar enrollment requirements and deadlines
  • Maintain and monitor safety practices
  • Accurately sign in and out scholars
  • Ensure confidentiality
  • Actively monitor the front desk and answer incoming phone calls
  • Receive and route calls to appropriate staff
  • Take accurate messages and direct to appropriate personnel
  • Answer questions from families, staff, and scholars
  • Ensure all guests are signed in, verified, and issued visitor passes
  • Sort and disperse mail
  • Maintain a positive campus image through interactions with families, staff, scholars, and community
  • Assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive, support focused campus culture
