Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years experience as administrative assistant or customer service representative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams
- Exceptional organization skills
- Ability to manage complex projects in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Drive customer satisfaction for parents, teachers, and academic leaders in line with our world class support mission
- Ensure stakeholders are up to date on all campus activities
- Monitor scholar enrollment requirements and deadlines
- Maintain and monitor safety practices
- Accurately sign in and out scholars
- Ensure confidentiality
- Actively monitor the front desk and answer incoming phone calls
- Receive and route calls to appropriate staff
- Take accurate messages and direct to appropriate personnel
- Answer questions from families, staff, and scholars
- Ensure all guests are signed in, verified, and issued visitor passes
- Sort and disperse mail
- Maintain a positive campus image through interactions with families, staff, scholars, and community
- Assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive, support focused campus culture
