Job Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for guests creating a warm and welcoming environment
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional courteous manner
Greet and check in customers arriving for sales and service appointments
Assist with license plate pick-ups and customer reminders
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Represent the dealership in a way that reflects our values of professionalism care and service excellence
