Job Duties
- Answer telephones courteously
- manage voicemail
- forward calls as required
- greet visitors and provide appropriate directions within the facility
- respond to requests from visitors and staff promptly and professionally
- sort and distribute mail and packages
- ensure mail is forwarded to residents' responsible parties when necessary
- coordinate and complete accounts receivable deposit processes
