Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday

Job Duties
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
- Provide information about products, services, and dealership processes to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and customer lounge, including stocking supplies
- Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance the customer experience
