Job Duties
- answers phones, routes calls, and takes messages
- makes meal reservations, cancellations, and private dining reservations
- accepts packages and prescription deliveries
- assists residents with postage, copies, faxes, and repair/work order requests
- assists department heads with light clerical duties
- maintains and reconciles petty cash box
- properly completes marketing inquiry form
- performs other duties as needed
