Job Requirements

  • 1+ years related experience in an administrative position within the golf, hospitality, and/or service industries
  • ability to remain professional under pressure
  • effective communication skills
  • welcoming and outgoing demeanor
  • proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • experience with Club Essentials preferred
  • knowledge of golf or tennis preferred

  • 1+ years related experience in an administrative position within the golf, hospitality, and/or service industries
  • ability to remain professional under pressure, while managing multiple projects, responsibilities, and requests simultaneously
  • effectively communicate with guests and employees in a friendly and positive manner, with a genuine desire to help people
  • a welcoming and outgoing demeanor that encourages our team and guests to connect with you
  • consistently exceeds client needs, including following up and resolving issues with a sense of urgency
  • experience with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • experience using Club Essentials preferred, but not required
  • knowledge of and passion for golf or tennis preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet, assist, and provide club information to all members and guests
  • assist with updating member information and resolving issues in The Huntington Club’s website and application
  • answer calls, transfer calls to proper extensions, retrieve voicemails, and take and relay messages for members and staff
  • work on special projects as assigned (e.g., marketing, events, membership sales, membership transition)
  • assist with membership tasks (e.g., adding members, adding dependents) and member requests (e.g., make reservations for dining and events, place phone calls, hold letters or packages)
  • research disputed charges on member accounts and other accounting related questions
  • maintain flyers and communicate general membership information, club events, dining specials, etc. to members at the front desk
  • receive and distribute incoming mail and collect and post outgoing mail
  • purchase and inventory office supplies, forms, etc.
  • maintain lost and found items by tracking and safeguarding these items
  • perform other general office tasks as requested
