Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- availability to work part time 2 to 3 days per week with flexible scheduling
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to greet visitors courteously
- proficiency in answering and routing telephone calls
- basic office skills including typing and managing office supplies
- comfort working with senior citizens
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- one to three months' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk
- answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- route telephone calls and take messages as appropriate
- assist residents with general office needs such as postage, copies, faxes, notary public
- type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- maintain and update emergency contact information
- be comfortable working with seniors
