Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Available to work part-time 2 - 3 days per week with flexible schedule
- Ability to communicate effectively with seniors and visitors
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Basic administrative skills such as typing and managing office supplies
- Ability to answer and route telephone calls
- Comfortable working in a senior living community environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Screen and require visitors to sign in at reception desk
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner and route calls or take messages
- Assist residents with general office needs such as postage, copies, faxes, and notary public
- Type, copy, order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Maintain and update emergency contact information
- Be comfortable working with seniors
