Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years of experience in administrative support or comparable roles

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist clients and visitors ensuring a seamless and professional arrival experience
  • answer and route calls manage shared inboxes and serve as a central resource for internal and external communications
  • maintain communal areas ensuring spaces are organized well-stocked and presentable at all times
  • provide assistance with event coordination and general office needs
  • support leadership with a variety of administrative tasks including document preparation scheduling expense reporting and file management
  • assist with special projects including data management and internal deliverables
  • coordinate with vendors and building management to ensure efficient office operations
