Job Duties
- Compose and type routine correspondence including admission and discharge summaries
- prepare outpatient and DUI patient files
- answer and screen phone calls, direct calls to staff, take messages, and schedule appointments
- greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
- collect patient fees and prepare detailed summary sheets
- provide relevant information on current and former patients to counselors, the court, probation, and parole personnel
- maintain the DUI/Outpatient Library and assign videos to counselors
- sort and deliver incoming and interoffice mail and prepare outgoing mail
- maintain petty cash while on duty
