Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a receptionist
- willingness to train

- ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
- computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
Job Duties
- Greet and handle visitors with a smile and maintain eye contact
- address guests and clients by name when possible
- answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner
- take messages accurately and handle or refer questions and requests appropriately
- manage on-floor conference room activities including reservations, monitoring meeting times, attendees, and food and beverage orders
- advise appropriate staff of changes in meeting room status and special requests
- implement established security policies for arriving and departing visitors, contractors, and delivery persons
- act as a hospitality services resource providing way-finding and amenities information
- handle car service requests for visitors and staff
- communicate requests to internal support departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
- perform other duties as assigned
