Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Willingness to learn medical terminology and new software
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance
- Ability to travel between clinics
- Bilingual in Spanish at specific locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills including effective listening and clear communication
- Ability to multitask and manage various computer systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and medical terminology
- Bilingual in Spanish for specific locations
- Valid Texas driver's license with unrestricted and clear driving record
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance
Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients with a winner's attitude and smile
- Capture insurance information, key in data, scan documents, and collect co-pays
- Communicate frequently with internal clinical and insurance/billing staff
- Engage warmly with patients and team members to enhance patient experience
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Use multiple computer systems for texting, emailing, data entry, browsers, and scanners
- Learn and master medical terminology and practice software on the job
