Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of office or lobby experience
- Experience with payroll administration is desired
- Excellent phone skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective oral, written, and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel

Job Duties
- Receives and directs visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers to appropriate locations and parties
- Operates a single or multiple position telephone system
- Maintains a visitors log and issues badges when necessary
- Notifies personnel of visitor arrival
- Performs clerical and administrative work such as filing, sorting and mail distribution
- Uses company intranet and other computer-based systems
- Coordinates and maintains conference room schedule
- Maintains company organization charts, employee directory and phone list
- Performs plant timekeeping duties and submits hours to Corporate Payroll for processing
- Processes weekly and biweekly payroll
- Performs various clerical functions for members of office staff as needed
