Job Duties
- Represents the Human Resources team by greeting, welcoming and engaging with team members and visitors to represent the mission, vision and values of Orlando Health
- Represents HR through telephone and email, scheduling, answering questions, helping others to navigate and guide Orlando Health’s physical and technology-based sites
- Maintains confidentiality of team member information and files and transmits to appropriate entities
- Responds to inquiries by providing accurate information based upon knowledge of the appropriate Orlando Health policies and appropriate state and federal laws
- Assists with onboarding new hires
- Maintains accuracy of data entered into the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) system and ability to navigate through HRIS system to retrieve and interpret data
- Establishes and maintains team member records and files within multiple systems
- Utilizes the document management system to scan, link and access team member files
- Performs general research functions in HRIS to provide information for phone and written verifications
- Coordinate department schedules, travel, conferences and meetings
- Operate business and office machines such as copiers, scanners and other equipment
- Acts as a liaison with other departments
- Coordinates the activities and provide support to team members
- Assists with general administrative tasks in the office
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels of office supplies and forms to ensure that customer service needs are anticipated and met
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
