Job Duties

  • Direct supervision of the corporate campus receptionist team
  • manage receptionist schedules and ensure coverage during meetings
  • provide guidance and set annual goals for the team
  • conduct performance reviews and coaching
  • train team on switchboard phone systems and internal policies
  • approve weekly hours and manage overtime
  • assist with visitor logs and badge issuance
  • manage badge deactivation on employee termination
  • provide call coverage during peak times
  • conduct regular team meetings
  • maintain unassigned occupant lists
  • oversee customer service for maintenance requests
  • organize ad-hoc administrative duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating team activities
