Job Duties
- Direct supervision of the corporate campus receptionist team
- manage receptionist schedules and ensure coverage during meetings
- provide guidance and set annual goals for the team
- conduct performance reviews and coaching
- train team on switchboard phone systems and internal policies
- approve weekly hours and manage overtime
- assist with visitor logs and badge issuance
- manage badge deactivation on employee termination
- provide call coverage during peak times
- conduct regular team meetings
- maintain unassigned occupant lists
- oversee customer service for maintenance requests
- organize ad-hoc administrative duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating team activities
