Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
Job Duties
- Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient
- Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
