Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience, ideally in an automotive dealership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

Job Duties

  • Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient
  • Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
