Job Duties
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Support local community events in the market as identified with the agent
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation as required
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve agency objectives
