Job Duties

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
Support local community events in the market as identified with the agent
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
Assist in administrative tasks and documentation as required
Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve agency objectives
