Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Comfortable handling phone and in-person interactions
  • Enthusiasm for learning about insurance products and sales techniques

Job Duties
