Job Duties

  • Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
  • Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer service and proactively follow up on client needs
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
