Job Duties
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate person for help if you are not able to help directly
- provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- proactively communicate with customers to deepen our relationship with them
- communicate with customers about their billing, required documents and help them maintain all the discounts they deserve
- use clear communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business
