- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting customers in person
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
- Manage appointment scheduling and general office communications
- Assist with processing mail, life event cards, and other routine office tasks
- Maintain shared office areas, including the coffee station and front office space
- Support the team with administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and follow up on basic customer needs
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer records
