  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work full-time during regular weekday hours

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting customers in person
  • Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
  • Manage appointment scheduling and general office communications
  • Assist with processing mail, life event cards, and other routine office tasks
  • Maintain shared office areas, including the coffee station and front office space
  • Support the team with administrative duties and special projects as assigned
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service and follow up on basic customer needs
  • Assist with maintaining accurate customer records
