Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer proficiency
- Friendly and proactive attitude
- Availability for part-time hours

- Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable initiating conversations, including light sales engagement
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM software, etc.)
Job Duties
- Welcome clients warmly in person and by phone, directing them to the right team members
- Manage the office schedule, appointment setting, and day-to-day communications
- Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records
- Make outbound calls to prospects and transfer warm leads to sales representatives
- Request and track Google reviews from customers
- Assist with onboarding new clients and completing follow-up tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client needs are handled promptly
- Support administrative projects and general office operations as needed
