Job Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses required
- Proven sales experience in insurance or related fields preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound sales calls daily to prospective and existing clients
- Generate leads and build a strong client base through proactive outreach and follow-ups
- Present and explain insurance products and services tailored to client needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and company goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements
