Job Duties

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information on insurance products and financial services
  • Accurately process policy changes and assist with claim submission procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Utilize computer applications proficiently to manage administrative tasks
