Job Duties
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Assist customers with auto, home, life insurance, and retirement planning products
- Support the agent in maintaining customer relationships and agency operations
- Process policy changes and claims efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain insurance products and services
- Help customers understand their insurance policies and financial options
