Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to engage in customer sales conversations
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers identifying opportunities to offer insurance options
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
