Job Duties

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Assist in processing insurance applications and documents
  • Maintain customer records and update policy information
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and licensing requirements
