Job Duties

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
  • Help customers select suitable State Farm insurance and financial products
  • Assist with licensing and training requirements for insurance sales
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and industry trends
